The rules governing trade in weapons, ammunition and strategic goods change frequently, and their interpretation is not always clear-cut. REACTUS provides companies with ongoing legal support — from one-off opinions to a standing compliance service covering defence trade.

Mariusz Ciereszko

Legal adviser — defence trade

An attorney-at-law with many years of experience providing comprehensive legal services to the public sector, with particular expertise in defence and in the regulation of licensed activity. He has extensive practice negotiating and reviewing strategic domestic and international contracts, including those covering defence technologies, unmanned systems and technology transfer. An expert on legal requirements, authorisations and licences in the defence sector, he combines legislative knowledge with hands-on experience of international projects. He successfully represents institutions before the courts and administrative authorities, and holds PRINCE2 certification in project and management competencies.
